Tan Cheng Kiong 陈清强
Mr Tan is the Managing Director of CK Tan Law Corporation. He practised under his own name as CK Tan & Co before incorporating the present firm in 2018, and he has spent his career in general practice rather than in a single narrow field.
He is an appointed Notary Public and a Commissioner for Oaths, which means that statutory declarations, affidavits and documents intended for use overseas can be attested in this office rather than sent elsewhere.
He advises in English and Mandarin, and he takes his matters personally. Clients of this firm deal with him directly.

Marcus Lim Wei Jie 林伟杰
Marcus acts for owner-managed businesses and the people behind them: incorporation and shareholder arrangements, commercial contracts, banking and security documents, and the purchase, sale and leasing of property.
Much of his work is preventive. A shareholders’ agreement drafted while the founders are still friends, or a contract read before it is signed, costs a fraction of the dispute it avoids, and he will say so plainly when that is the advice you need.
He read law at the National University of Singapore and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2011. He advises in English and Mandarin.
Acts in
- Corporate, commercial and banking
- Shareholder and partnership arrangements
- Property and conveyancing
- Commercial leases, and landlord and tenant
- Wills and estate planning for business owners

Daniel Koh Jun Kai 许俊凯
Daniel acts when matters have already gone wrong: civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, payment disputes under the Security of Payment Act, insolvency, and criminal defence.
His first advice is often about whether to fight at all. An honest view of the strength of a case, and of what it will cost to run, is worth more than a confident one, and clients get that view before they spend money on proceedings.
He read law at Singapore Management University and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2013. If you have been served papers, or asked to attend an interview, speak to him before you respond.
Acts in
- Civil and commercial litigation
- Arbitration and mediation
- Building and construction disputes, including SOP Act adjudication
- Bankruptcy, insolvency and debt recovery
- Criminal defence

Nurul Aisyah Rahman
Nurul acts for people at difficult moments: divorce and the arrangements for children and assets that follow, personal injury and work injury claims, and employment matters for employees.
Clients describe the same thing about working with her: she explains the options, the realistic range of outcomes and the cost of each path, and then lets you decide without pressure. Where a matter can be settled sensibly, she will tell you before it becomes a fight.
She read law at the National University of Singapore and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2017. She advises in English and Malay.
Acts in
- Family and divorce, including maintenance and custody
- Personal injury and work injury claims
- Employment disputes, MOM and TADM matters
- Personal protection orders
- Probate and letters of administration
Because this is a small practice, we take on a limited number of matters at any one time. If we cannot give a matter the attention it needs, or if we have a conflict, we will tell you at the outset and, where we can, point you elsewhere. That is a better outcome for you than being accepted and then neglected.
Speak to the lawyer who will handle your matter.
Tell us briefly what has happened. We will tell you honestly whether we can help, what the process looks like, and what it is likely to cost.
